* Glamping...Is it Still Camping?

Yes....Both Styles of Camping are Unique in their Own Ways

We would love to be a 5-Star resort, but the truth of the matter is that this is still camping and we are not a 5-Star resort. We do provide heaters in the winter and air conditioners in the summer. You will access to fresh hot & cold water. You will have a bathroom w/ shower & flushing toilet! You will have a very comfortable bed with proper linens. You will have places to sit, places to eat, and places to charge your phone or plug-in your laptop. You will still be able to wake up and have a fresh cup of coffee or tea. (as part of you’re a-la-minute campfire breakfast!)
You will be staying in a luxury tent, on a campsite in the woods. You know who else is also in the woods? Bugs. We do our best not to invite them, but eventually show up acting like they own the place!
If it rains. All of our Bell Tents are waterproof and have additional rain guards. We strive to put safety first so we may ask you to reschedule your reservation if high winds, tornado warnings or hurricane threats exist.

We generally do not consider Scattered Thunderstorms as Inclement weather.

* What is Your Cancellation Policy?

* All cancellations made 6 days or less prior to your arrival: 100% Penalty / 0% Account Credit / No Direct Refund Available

* All cancellations made 30-7 days prior to your arrival: 50% Penalty / 50% Account Credit / No Direct Refund Available

* All cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival: 25% Penalty / 75% Account Credit / No Direct Refund Available

* Any account credit balance may be used towards a future booking within 12 months of the date of your initial booking or transferred to another traveler when traveling in groups of 10 or more.

* All confirmed flights are non-refundable & subject to all rules of the carrier. The carrier may or may not issue a partial credit for booking a future flight. Contact the carrier for more information.

* Changes made to confirmed campsite/venue reservations at any time will be assessed a $50.00 fee per person/change.

Travel insurance is highly recommended and available upon request. In most cases, travel insurance covers 100% of your package price should you need to cancel a confirmed reservations for a covered reason and as long as you meet the qualifications and terms of the insurance policy.

* What's the Bathroom Situation?

We have selected well-maintained campgrounds w/ clean bathhouse facilities w/ restrooms, showers. If you require laundry service, let us know. We also offer a the HiveBath Luxury Tented Bathroom.... a complete bathroom inside a hive tent! It’s the perfect complement to your bedroom FireFly "Glampsite" experience – together they can create a complete event venue plus a boutique pop-up hotel for your guests.

* Do You Allow Dogs?

We don’t discriminate…we love our furry Glampers! We ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the tents at any time. Let us know so we can make additional preparations for your pet. It is your responsibility to be vigilant about the safety of not only yourself but, your pet and our furniture & equipment

Please Allow "a Brief Window of Time" to Allow Us to Make the Much Needed Reservations, Acquisitions, Preparations &/or Resource Purchases, Necessary to Execute Your Boutique Campsite to No Only Your Standards, but to Exceed Your Wildest Expectations....and Ours as Well!
